Comets, ancient celestial travelers of ice, rock, and frozen gases, transform as they draw near the sun, releasing spectacular streams that illuminate the night sky. So too, as we journey toward knowledge and truth, we awaken our inner light, revealing our vast potential.
Start the semester guided by your inner compass. Join Leila at Wildcat Creek under the trees at Contra Costa College's Outdoor Amphitheater for morning yoga to awaken the body, energize your spirit, and align to the wisdom within guiding you forward. Practice will include self-regulation tools to increase focus and calm. No special props nor clothes needed. Arrive exactly as you are.
Open to all--no experience needed.
